Sanovo has launched new small and medium sized models in its GraderPro range, designed and constructed with food contact material approved parts, and work with egg traceability software.
The traceability software is developed by Sanovo, and enables egg producers to trace the eggs from where they came from into the pack, case, or pallet. The new smaller graders are aimed at producers who want a low capacity model that packs between 75 to 220 cases per hour, but with the same technology as a larger model.
