Forrester Sales is recalling a batch of its Delamere British Hot & Spicy Roast Chicken Wings due to undercooking. This product has been sold at Home Bargains and Heron Foods. The 350g have a batch code of 12250c and no other products are known to be affected.
The Food Standards Agency said the batch may not have received adequate cooking. “As a result the microbiological safety of this batch has been compromised and this poses a risk to health, if the affected product is consumed.,” the agency said.
Consumers have been advised to return packs to the store where it was bought from for a full refund, and point of sale notices will be displayed at affected stores.
