St. Ewe Free Range Eggs, has updated its packaging with its recyclable paper cartons being made a deeper, bolder blue and a new 10 pack in the same paper packaging also being launched into Tesco.
The paper packs were launched 10 months ago, and chief executive Bex Tonks said they had been a big hit. “We innovated our packaging last year and the feedback has been resoundingly positive.”
Previously available in retail packs of six and 12, St. Ewe Original eggs now come in 10 packs, a response to the rising cost of living and changing consumer shopping habits. St. Ewe Original large 10 pack is available now in Tesco for RRP £3.95.
A further change is the company’s Rich Yolk cartons have had their colours changed, moving from a yellow to an orange base, to emphasise the orange yolks. Rich Yolk is available in retail packs of 6, and the newly launched 10 pack RRP £4.25.
