Noble Foods has reported a loss of £13.5 million after taxes for the year ending 30 September 2022.
The UK’s biggest egg business reported turnover of £269.1 million, compared to £282.7 million the previous year. The results “represent the results of a challenging year where the business has been exposed to significant cost inflation in a competitive marketplace and the challenging macro-economic environment”.
The directors said the continuing competitive pressure drove the company to reduce its costs and improve efficiencies.
