Bruce Dooyema has been appointed as the new chairman of the International Egg Foundation (IEF), replacing Tim Lambert, who has decided to step aside as chair and become the organisation’s secretary.
“It has been a privilege for me to serve as chair of the IEF. It is my pleasure to pass the torch to Bruce Dooyema. Not only will he do a great job in leading the IEF, but he is incredibly skilled at connecting the people and resources we need to grow and advance the work of the foundation.”
Bruce Dooyema, a life-long advocate for egg production and accessibility, expressed his enthusiasm for the role: “My passion is creating sustainable small-scale egg production facilities in developing counties across the world, ensuring that eggs, one of the most nutritious foods available, are accessible to everyone.”
