The EU’s framework of strategies for food research and innovation will be addressed during a major conference in Italy next month when several leading sector stakeholders will debate food security, safety and sustainability.
The event in question is the second edition of the World Food Research and Innovation Forum, which will take place in Parma in early May, partly to outline the challenges and concrete correlations resulting from the high profile EXPO Milano 2015.
Delegates will also examine the objectives fixed by the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the international community’s commitments to climate change which emerged from the COP 21 climate change conference in Paris last year.
