Vencomatic Group has acquired the Dutch family business Van Gent Laying nests, which it said would enable it to strengthen its position in the broiler breeder sector.
The firm has been run for more than 50 years Teus and Netty van Gent. The van Gents said they had found a “reliable partner” in Vencomatic. “For our company, the team and the customers, this step provides certainty for a bright future. This really means a lot to us,” said Teus van Gent.
“We have always had a great deal of respect for Van Gent with its cast-iron reputation for service and technical results,” said Lotte van de Ven of Vencomatic.
