PD Hook has rebranded its hatchery lorries in Scotland to promote locally produced chicken.
The company’s lorries north of the border have now been rebranded with the strapline ‘Eat Healthy Scottish Chicken’.
Director Patrick Hook noted that with over five million people in Scotland, “it is more sustainable for retailers to make the choice to stock and promote Scottish chicken”.
He added: “With rearing, breeding, hatching, growing and processing operations in Scotland, it is important we make the case of the importance of the Scottish poultry meat industry to employment, farmers, retailers and consumers.”
