Animal nutrition company Trouw Nutrition has invested £2m into its Belfast mill with the aim of increasing production capacity and modernising its operations to support future growth. Trouw employs over 60 people across the island of Ireland.
In another development, the company has appointed Aidan Fisher as General Manager of Trouw Nutrition Ireland, having joined as Sales Director in 2020. He has previously held leadership roles with Moy Park and more recently PRM Group.
“My focus is on solidifying Trouw’s position in the Irish market and building upon our already double-digit growth in recent years,” Aidan Fisher said. “This operational reinvestment represents one way we’re future proofing the business.”
