Red Tractor is running its first ever TV advertising campaign to spread the word about what the assurance scheme stands for.
The campaign will kick off next week with the first advert broadcast at 7.15pm on ITV during the break in Emmerdale.
Full details are being announced next week but the Red Tractor website said the ad would run for eight weeks on TV and digital channels and was a “fun but informative animated commercial designed to appeal to shoppers with children”.
It is a major campaign, said the scheme, that will raise awareness and understanding of Red Tractor with millions of shoppers.
“Research told us shoppers are twice as likely to look for Red Tractor produce when they know what we stand for, so expect more and more shoppers to be looking for the logo,” the website stated.
